SwarmOnline is a software development company designing and creating web and mobile applications for a variety of fantastic clients.
We are looking for someone to join the senior management team and help guide, shape and manage a flexible team of developers.
You should have:
- 5+ years senior development experience including some time in a similar management role.
- Experience of people management with an ability to mentor and develop a small technical team to achieve goals and grow skills.
- Excellent motivational and engagement skills within a software development environment.
- Active involvement in defining, scoping and estimating new projects.
- Able to take a technical lead role in the development of a software application with experience of doing so in an agile environment, implementing agile processes.
- Experience of a modern coding language and building systems in either AWS or Azure.
- Ability to design systems for new products, including cloud architecture.
- Desire to aid in some development tasks but this will be timeboxed to around 25% of a working week so as to not interfere with core responsibilities.
