Due to continued growth, our client are looking for an enthusiastic and switched on Support Engineer who has strong SharePoint skills to join the team! We are looking for a hard-working, ambitious candidate who has a real passion for IT.

This role has a balance of office based remote support and on site working, giving you good experience in both areas.
Applicants with a degree/ IT related qualification would be at a distinct advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Advising customers on any SharePoint opportunities that arise
- Acting as the principal technical resource for SharePoint
- Supporting Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 to 2016 and SBS 2011 including Active Directory and Group Policy creation
- Supporting Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2016
- Supporting O365
- Assisting the technical team with LAN / WAN hardware and router configurations
- A basic understanding of network switching architectures and configurations.
- A basic understanding of network protocols, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
- Help the team to provide technical support to our user base, both remotely or on-site as required
