They now have an opening for an experienced SharePoint Consultant to be the middleman bridging the gap between expert knowledge of the SharePoint platform and managing the expectations of their clients. They are looking for someone that can articulate all the things that 365 can do, demo it and then implement it.
The account management team are responsible for finding the opportunities and then passing it to the consultant to then “talk tech” to the client and get them excited about what it can do for their business.
