Nine Twenty Technology are delighted to be partnering with a California-based software security provider in the recruitment of a Senior Java Web Services Software Engineer.
The company is an industry leader in providing robust software application protection and a flexible cloud-based license management platform that’s secure, scalable and feature rich.
The role:
- You will be working in a fast paced, agile environment, working with Java/Cloud Services. You will also be working with Hibernate and DBS/PostgreSQL
- You will be working on large scale software development projects
- You will design, develop, test, and scale new and existing product features.
- Estimate engineering effort; plan the implementation of prototypes into production code.
- Deliver clear, well-communicated, and complete design documents.
- You will work with the wider technical team to solve complex problems
- You will strive to produce top quality code

Technology background:
- Expert knowledge in Java
- Object oriented design and development
- Sound knowledge of Relational Databases (RDBMS), SQL & No-SQL databases, including DB2, PostgreSQL and Cassandra.
- Experience with data harvesting and reporting tools.
- Sound knowledge in Hibernate.
- Experience with Vaadin is a plus
- Experience of working in an agile test driven environment is essential
- Experience of developing large scale software application
- Software scalability experience
