We are delighted to partner a Global leader in their field in terms of size, innovation, reach and their proactive approach to diversity and sustainability in their search for a senior engineering leader to be responsible for leading the engineering function in a large and busy site.
As engineering leader you will develop and implement the site asset care strategy and drive significant improvement in overall engineering performance through direction of the asset care teams. You will own the overall development of maintenance competence for the site, specifically the upskilling of asset care teams to accommodate the changes in role brought about by Asset Care and Autonomous Maintenance programmes. As a leader you will provide expert experience and guidance to support strategic problem-solving and vision for the future.
You will be a ground-breaking and inspirational leader who is passionate about driving dedication and a continuous improvement culture where people are highly engaged, and manufacturing excellence is at the forefront of how we do business. You’ll be a self motivated leader, create energy and motivation in your team and deliver stretching plans to service our customers.
