Nine Twenty Technology are delighted to be recruiting a Senior Cloud Engineer for their global technology client on the outskirts of Glasgow.
The successful candidate will be joining a global team who are actively involved in the SaaS incident management process. The team deliver enterprise systems and networking availability.
Your background:
You will have excellent troubleshooting skills, with an eye for detail. You will have the ability to work with multiple teams and have excellent organisational skills.
Technical:
- 5+ years experience within data centre/ hosting operations
- Good knowledge of Internet Technologies
- Strong scripting skills
- Experience developing architectures
- Experience with DNS, IP and Certificate Management
- Strong SQL administrative skills
- Elasticsearch
- Experience with SaaS
The role:
- Maintenance of production, DR, and UAT instances
- Monitoring of production systems from availability/performance/stability point of view
- Participate in incident management
- Working closely with SaaS Security Operations
- Work with the Compliance and Risk Management teams t
- Assist in the planning, designing, and implementation of new SaaS initiatives
