The Role:
We are looking for a passionate Salesforce Customer Engineer to help change the world while building an amazing company.
You will be joining the customer care team to provide expert knowledge on the customer care processes, workflows, tools, systems and data pathways.
  • Manage CC team’s technical needs based on inputs from various CC teams
  • Supervise and analyze identified critical metrics and customer/team feedback, making recommendations based on data to improve the CC and product performance (website, Customer Account, CRM)
  • Inform status, blockers, and risks to the CC management team when needed
  • Partner with third party vendors to work through challenges within each tool, optimize software usage
  • Lead thorough vendor competitor analyses to select tools and products that fit our needs, budget, and requirements for scale (e.g. Chat, SMS, VoIP)
  • Collaborate closely with CC Training, OPEX and Internal Communications teams to advise and educate all CC teams of planned (or unplanned) technical changes
  • Proven experience/using or administering CRM for Support (Zendesk, Kustomer, Freshdesk, etc), VOIP systems (Talkdesk, Aircall, etc) Snowflake, and Tableau preferred
  • 3rd party management in customer care
  • Strong project management skills
  • Analytical and data driven
  • You can work in fast paced contact centre type environment
