Nine Twenty Engineering & Manufacturing are delighted to be representing our client within the Oil & Gas industry in Aberdeen as they look to add a Permanent Sales Manager to the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the external sales activities to work towards set sales objectives.

 

Responsibilities include:

*Building and developing lucrative client relationships within the market, demonstrating and gaining knowledge of the market itself

*Integral part of contract & price negotiations

*Formalising sales action plans

*Monitoring performance against plans to achieve targets

*Market analysis

*Inter-departmental communications to identify other business development opportunities

*Ensure all duties are carried out in line with Statutory Regulations and Company Policies

 

Person Specification:

*Strong Sales/Customer Service Management background, ideally gained within an Oil & Gas context

*Strategic approach, able to identify areas for improvement/increased revenue and ways to develop existing successful contracts

*An effective communicator, competent in engaging at all levels of an organisation as well as conducting presentations and leading critical negotiations

*Must be in possession of a Full UK license

*Educated to Degree level (DESIRABLE)
