Nine Twenty Engineering & Manufacturing are working with our manufacturing client who are looking for a Sales Administrator who can provide support to the team by carrying out sales orders and work order processing, purchase order management, Invoicing and keeping a track of orders.

To ensure all work is in line with defined procedures, quality, environmental and health and safety standards.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Ensure all work is performed according to compliance and of a high standard
  • Assisting with the day to day running of contracts and managing customer needs
  • Processing orders and invoicing
  • Updating orders accurately
  • Assisting with general administrative duties
  • Issuing quotations

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Presentation and negotiating skills
  • Experience in Customer Service Management
  • Self-Motivated, enthusiastic, and capable of working well both alone and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Prioritising, co ordinating multiple tasks to meet target
