With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, Our client is growing its commercial team and is looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to join the business and provide critical support to the Sales & Marketing Director and wider sales function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key administrative support for the external sales team, ensuring timely completion of quotations, tasks, and follow-ups.

  • Maintain and update customer and prospect information within internal systems.

  • Assist with incoming communications, including calls, emails, and other sales-related correspondence.

  • Liaise between customers and the sales team to ensure fast, professional communication.

  • Collaborate with Customer Service to support the resolution of customer issues or complaints.

  • Prepare sales documentation, including presentations, proposals, contracts, and quotations.

  • Monitor outstanding actions and follow up with sales and marketing teams as needed.

  • Provide general administrative assistance across the sales team.

  • Support the Sales & Marketing Director with ongoing projects and initiatives.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable manner.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a sharp attention to detail.

  • Competency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central is highly desirable.

  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines under pressure.

  • A team-oriented mindset with a proactive, solution-focused attitude.

  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement.
