Nine Twenty Technology are delighted to be representing our Glasgow based well-established IT consultancy specialising in Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Redspire, in their search for an experienced account manager to build relationships and uncover new upsell opportunities with an already well-established client List.

 

Redspire are a growing Scottish business with huge growth plans over the next 5-10 years. This position has come to light due to Redspire’s focus on building long-term productive relationships with clients and providing the best consistent level of service for clients. This is a farming account manager role with a real focus on building these relationships and identifying opportunities within a client’s business. The successful individual will be passionate about technology, motivated and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Passion for Technology.
  • Want to meet clients and build relationships.
  • Understand how to uncover new upsell opportunities, be a true farmer.
  • Monitor and drive operational performance on behalf of client.
  • Strongly motivated to achieve goals and progress within the role.

Experience Required:

  • 3+ years Account management experience within the technology sector is essential.
  • Experience of Selling in the IT sector is essential.
  • Proven track record by consistency achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent presentation skills; you will be required to present on new product launches and roadmaps with your key clients.
  • You should have experience in writing proposals and preparing documentations and be articulate.
  • a Bachelor’s degree would be desirable.
