Due to phenomenal success and internal promotion within the business, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Business Support to join our very talented delivery team.

We love what we do and are all passionate about providing a quality driven recruitment service to our clients which doesn’t involve a numbers game. We strive to over-deliver to our clients and, provide an honest and ethical service.

Do you currently work in a business support team? Are you experienced in supporting high energetic recruitment teams?

You must be a people person who works well under pressure and wants to be challenged and inspired by the teams around you.

Experience:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong written and report writing skills
  • Must be computer literate
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently with limited supervision, work well under pressure and have solid problem-solving skills
  • Have a friendly and approachable manner

Duties

  • Recruitment administration for consultants
  • Applications inbox (acknowledgement emails & adding to system)
  • Formatting CV’s
  • Payroll
  • Terms of Business
  • Contracts
  • All phone calls
  • Distributing mail
  • Updating CRM
  • Work closely with the technology team
  • Produce Agenda’s for all internal meetings
  • Produce minutes from all meetings and help coordinate follow up actions
  • Update project plans and report weekly on client projects
  • Weekly reports from CRM
