Nine Twenty are working with our Global Drinks Manufacturing client who are looking for a Quality Performance Analyst to join their Quality Team within their Group Packaging & Supply Chain function.
You will drive sustained improvements in Global Quality Performance by identifying quality issues, establish root cause and implement corrective actions whilst developing quality metrics.
The Role:
- Conduct trends & reporting on quality performance
- To coordinate quality investigations
- To generate, maintain and continually develop the Quality Scorecard owning the administration, analysis and reporting of data.
- To identify and implement improvements across quality reporting systems
- To create reports and develop procedures that manage and improve quality processes
- To build cross functional relationships to ensure robust root cause analysis investigations into quality incidents
- To drive the Quality Improvement agenda through continual development of qualitynmetrics and performance measures.
- Be committed to delivering excellence – act as an innovator, driving change andidentifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
Skills required:
- Good knowledge of Quality Tools
- Strong problem solving techniques and process improvement
- Coming from a Packaging & Supply Chain background would be beneficial
- Strong experience in root cause analysis techniques
- Ability to work towards objectives & performance and develop your skills
