We're looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on quality role and has a natural drive for continuous improvement. If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, leading investigations, and supporting product development from a quality perspective – this could be your next move.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

  • Be a key player in the development of quality processes, audits and internal controls.

  • Work cross-functionally with production, suppliers and customers to address product concerns.

  • Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and contribute to smooth transitions into manufacturing.

  • Manage and report on quality metrics – including Right First Time (RFT) and Customer Complaints.

  • Use Lean Six Sigma principles to support continuous improvement and process capability.

  • Assist with regulatory documentation and system compliance.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in a manufacturing or process environment.

  • Strong knowledge of ISO9001 or similar quality systems.

  • Lean Six Sigma experience .

  • Confident communicator – capable of speaking with shopfloor teams, engineers, suppliers, and customers alike.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency with MS Office, data analysis, report writing and audits.

  • Internal Auditor certification preferred.
