Project Manager

East Kilbride (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office)

 

Nine Twenty are proud to be partnering with the UK’s industry leader in the development of insolvency software solutions to find a Project Manager with a strong background in delivering IT projects, to join their growing team in East Kilbride.

 

Responsibilities

  • The delivery of application development and business projects, agreeing and defining milestones, driving progress and holding colleagues accountable for their deliverables
  • Shape, form and deliver a project management methodology that suits the culture and practices of Turnkey. Educate and generate awareness of the methods and practices, ensuring buy-in from everyone engaged
  • Ability to plan including setting goals and objectives, defining roles and producing schedules and timelines
  • Development and monitoring of KPI’s
  • The ability to produce project plans across multiple workstreams
  • Risks and issues resolution
  • The ability to produce costings and manage budgetary KPI’s
  • Effective stakeholder engagement skills both internally and externally with clients
  • Proven track record in building and nurturing relationships
  • Managing debriefs, evaluating successes and challenges for continuous improvement
  • Drive change and support the senior leadership team in delivering against the global strategy

 

Requirements

  • Prior working experience (at least 5 years) in a Technology/Business environment
  • A Project Management qualification (APM-PQ, APMP, Prince 2 or Agile certifications)
  • Sound knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Degree educated
  • Experience in benefits realisation
  • Managing debriefs, evaluating successes and challenges for continuous improvement
  • A clear, concise ability to write in plain English
  • Be organised, innovative and deadline driven
  • Be customer focused, a strong communicator and enthusiastic
  • A confident facilitator, with the ability to manage both virtual and face to face training sessions
  • Be passionate about customer service, attention to detail and takes pride in over-exceeding customer expectations
  • A highly motivated self-starter who is used to a fast-paced working environment and can “spin many plates”
