Nine Twenty are assisting in the recruitment of a Production Team Leader on behalf of our Ayrshire based Client. As Production Team Leader you will be responsible for a team of 9 Production Operators in the manufacture of bottled ready to drink products.
The Role:
- Maximising production and labour efficiencies
- Ensuring the highest standards in H&S
- Exploring and implement Industry Best Practise
- Ensuring product quality and integrity at all times
- Completing & auditing all internal paperwork systems
- Providing cover to assist QC Department when required
- Delivery of Departmental & Company objectives
Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
- Knowledge of OEE and Lean Manufacturing techniques
- REHIS Food Safety
- Working knowledge of the requirements of BRC
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft programmes
- Good communication skills are essential to this role
- IOSH/RoSPA Working Safely
The Person:
