Simple Online Healthcare is an online healthcare company, with presence in both the UK and Australia. Operating since 2012, the past 2 years have seen an accelerated growth phase, as more and more people look to digital healthcare. We are now looking to both enhance our current telehealth services and expand to new markets.

Products: E-Commerce Site, Patient Facing Telehealth Apps, Pharmacy warehouse app

The Role:

The role holder will own and deliver the roadmap for Simple Online Health, through working closely with the development and marketing teams to build products recognisable for its quality of design and functionality. You should be a proactive, driven individual with a passion for product development. Drive improvements in product functionality to continuously deliver an excellent user experience. Ensure external partners, senior leaders, and key business teams have a shared understanding of product roadmaps.

Requirements

  • You will own and optimise the user experience across the apps and the accompanying full patient journey.
  • You will have previous experience in a product manager/ownership role or similar. You will have a good knowledge of user experience design
  • You will have experience of Agile practices and working within a cross functional team. Have a strong business sense to ensure development is aligned with business requirements.
  • Experience implementing and championing a user-centred design approach
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills with experience managing 3rd party relationships (eg external development agencies) to ensure delivery and value
  • Strong planning and implementing skills Strong interpersonal and relationship development skills
  • Experience organising and leading user requirements workshops
