The successful candidate will be joining a scaling company, who continue to grow at pace, both organically and through acquisition. They have grown by over 40% in the last 3 years and they are actively investing in product development.

About you:
The ideal candidate will be operating in a B2B environment, from a software background.
You will either be an experienced Product Owner looking to take the next step in your career or be operating as a Product Manager in a software environment.
The role:
- You will fully immerse yourself in the marketplace and understand the customers by doing so you will understand what the customer needs
- You will work closely with the development team and document requirements, in order to build the products
- Plan and execute the product roadmap
- Working across marketing and sales to lead product launches
- Internal training with multiply teams to ensure they have ample knowledge of the product
- You will be responsible for delivering the product vision – ensuring the vision is in alignment with the overall product and company strategy
- You will build close relationships with customers and customer- facing teams to build a reputation for adding value.
Skills and experience:
- Experience of developing commercial solutions within the B2B technology space which are scalable and repeatable
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- A great commercial mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Data driven
- Experience of presenting to customer and be comfortable doing so
- Experience of communicating with technical and non-technical colleagues
