Nine Twenty Engineering & Manufacturing are delighted to be continually supporting our Electronics Manufacturing client who are on the look out for a Process Improvement Engineer to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.
As a Process Improvement Engineer, you will be involved with the continued success of the company and be a part of their expansion period and growth plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively develop and implement manufacturing processes in a manufacturing environment.
- Drive improvement to the company Continuous Improvement Plan to improve safety, reduce costs, improve quality and/or decrease manufacturing times.
- Investigate and troubleshoot process problems as they occur and takes necessary corrective actions by suggesting improvements.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a lean-manufacturing work environment.
- Requires in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Excellent Process Mapper, Fault Finder and Problem Solver.
- Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
- 2 years’ working experience in a similar role/environment.
