Nine Twenty Technology are delighted to be recruiting a Lead PHP Developer for their client based in Glasgow.
You have to be an enthusiastic developer who displays a strong sense of ownership and pride in your work.
You must be comfortable discussing your ideas to both technical peers and non-technical users.
- If you have experience gained from working in a software house or technology business, you would be a more natural fit to this organisation.
- Build efficient and reusable PHP modules.
- Development of new products and features and support/maintenance of existing products.
- Strong working knowledge of PHP frameworks e.g codeigniter
- Object-Oriented principals and knowledge of common design patterns such as MVC.
- MySQL development, configuration and optimisation.
- Knowledge of front-end and back-end best practices.
- Object oriented design experience.
- Understanding with one or more scripting languages (e.g., PHP, Ruby, Perl, Python).
- Experience with source control, e.g. SVN/GIT.
