Nine Twenty Finance are delighted to be engaged with a small Payroll bureau based in Glasgow to appoint a new Payroll Professional to their team. This post is a full time permanent position.
A bit of background:
This position has been created to provide ongoing support to the firm's owner by taking ownership of the Payroll department. The bureau have long term loyal clients and are looking for someone to come in, look after the relationships and deal with all aspects of Payroll for them with a focus on auto enrolment. There is a small team of 2 at the moment, we are looking for a Senior Payroll candidate to come in and lead the team.
A brief look at the job spec:
- Processing Payroll end to end for multiple clients (high volume)
- All aspects of auto enrolment
- Assisting with year end Payroll
- Handling and resolving any Payroll queries
- Pension uploads
The person we are looking for:
- A solid Payroller, someone who can process end to end Payroll unsupervised
- Someone with a flare for Microsoft Excel, we're not looking for an expert but the ability to create Pivot Tables and VLOOLUPS would be perfect
- Someone who embraces change and is open to new ideas
- Someone who is friendly, genuine and sociable (the team are so we need this person to be too)
- Someone who can nurture junior members of staff
What you must have:
- 3+ years experience processing UK payrolls end to end within a Bureau environment
- Experience using Sage Payroll
The package:
- Basic annual salary of £23,000 - £25,000 which is dependent on your experience
- Early finish Friday's
