The Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead on all Paid Media marketing coming from the business. The business wants someone with fresh ideas who will drive this area and be given high levels of autonomy.

You will be responsible for driving the growth of paid acquisition channels and driving ROI. You will have experience of dealing with paid media ideally in B2C and B2B, and budgets of over a million don’t scare you.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and optimise all PPC and Paid Media campaigns across Google, Bing, Social Media.
  • Propose recommendations and develop Paid Media Strategies with a focus in revenue growth and lead generation.
  • Analyse and report weekly/monthly on KPI performance.
  • Develop effective keyword strategies and audience targeting with the wider marketing team.
  • Identify new opportunities to grow the Paid Media channel across the UK brands.
  • Develop and implement a testing plan for continual optimisation of paid media campaigns.
  • Monitor budgets and adjust campaigns to achieve a high ROI.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team ensuring campaigns are aligned with the Marketing Plan, Product Launches, and Brand activity.
  • Carry out competitor analysis and adjust campaigns for higher performance.

Requirements

  • 2 years plus experience in a paid media role.
  • Comfortable with ambitious performance and revenue targets.
  • Experience in managing budgets of £1m plus.
  • Understanding of paid media strategy and the marketing funnel.
  • Commercial astute and data-driven.
  • Expert knowledge in paid media platforms such as Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram.
  • Working knowledge of web analysis tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush etc.
  • Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced & deadline-driven environment.
  • Google AdWords and/or Bing certification preferred.
