A brand new role has been created in one of the leading sports digital marketing agencies in the UK and Brazil. The Role:

This role is for someone with excellent organisational skills, an eye for detail, the ability to work independently, and who loves to help and collaborate with others.

Responsibilities:

Given explosive growth and the incredible opportunity ahead of the business, they are looking for someone who can help keep the company organised, and someone who can develop, simplify and control internal policies. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Perform a Personal Assistant role for the two founders and senior leadership team, including diary management, booking travel, assisting with organisation.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new starts.
  • Arranging meetings, and minute taking when required.
  • HR tasks – including managing relationships with the outsourced HR company.
  • Basic accounting duties, including updating Xero, calculating staff and partner payments, managing staff company credit card usage, and helping with payroll.
  • Managing staff holiday allowances.
  • Managing relationships with legal and insurance partners.
  • Other ad hoc tasks related to the smooth running of the business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role. If you're coming from an agency or technology business, this could be the one.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a desire to continually develop and improve processes.
  • Possess analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Be competent in computer packages including Microsoft Office and accounting software such as Xero.
  • Experience of being a Personal Assistant role for C-Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, anticipating the needs of the C-Suite and ensuring smooth operation of associated business activities.
