Nine Twenty have an excellent opportunity for a motivated Project Manager to deliver the successful implementation and maintenance of our client’s CRM solutions. This is a varied role involving all aspects of implementing CRM solutions from pre-sales work through the project life cycle to go-live and on-going support. This is an exciting time to join our collaborative team – we are working on large, exciting projects and are continuing to grow as a business.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Pre-sales assistance when required Implementation planning and the delivery of value added work, to scope, deadline and budget.
- Running client workshops on business processes, business requirements and system design Business and systems analysis and documentation.
- Product design and gap analysis to standard product functionality Production of design, system, user and procedural documentation Provide system training to both internal and external clients Liaising with development team to deliver robust solutions on time
Skills & experience:
- Required to demonstrate credibility with the client and quickly understand how our products will add value to our services.
- Managing Senior Stakeholders Experience of managing CRM projects from inception through to delivery Ability to resolve problems, action solutions with the ability to work under pressure.
- Have a diplomatic approach as sometimes you may be expected to deal with sensitive situations.
- Commercial awareness and total dedication to delivering maximum return on investment for our clients.
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Ability to take control and be assertive when required – strong leadership skills Ideally, experience of Dynamics CRM software
