Nine Twenty Engineering & Manufacturing are delighted to be working with our Nairn based client who are on the look out for an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.
You will be responsible for working on and maintaining their automated facility working within a small but productive team with operational plant breakdowns. Implementing maintenance practices and contributing to development and working to a continuous improvement culture and ethos.
We are looking for forward thinking, proactive and innovative individuals to join their team. You must be able to work on your own initiative but also participate in team work.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned & preventative maintenance in a manufacturing facility
- Working on mechanical, hydraulic, pnemuatic maintenance systems
- Fault finding on machinery
- Working with CMMS system
Skills:
- Mechanically time served (preferred)
- HNC/HND in engineering discipline would be an advvantage
- Knowledge of hydraulics and pnemuatics
- Health & Safety awareness
- Continuous improvement ethos
