Nine Twenty Engineering & Manufacturing are delighted to be representing our Drinks Industry based client in their recruitment of a Maturation Team Leader with responsibility for multiple sites across the UK.
This role will form part of the Technical division and will have a strong focus on Process, Continuous Improvement and Quality.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Leading projects for spirit quality development
- Conducting monthly reports on maturation losses across distilling sites to develop plans for strategic development
- Analysis of mature and maturing spirits
- Interpreting data to identify areas for process improvement
Person Specification:
- Degree educated in an Engineering or Science related discipline (REQUIRED)
- Working towards or in possession of a diploma in Distilling (DESIRABLE)
- Creative and innovative with experience of driving continuous improvement projects
- Demonstrable experience of working in a highly process driven environment
- Analytically minded with the ability to identify trends in data
