Marketing Operations Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for an Operations Manager to join a social media and digital business that operates and works with some of the UK and Brazil’s most prominent social media sports brands and personalities. They have an audience of over 5,000,000 passionate sports fans across various social platforms and websites.
This is an organisation that has seen continuous growth every year since 2014, with no plan on slowing down, especially in 2023. It’s a great opportunity to join an established team of marketing professionals, SEO specialists, developers, social media experts, product managers and designers, and play a lead role in leading everything Operational with support from management, but lots of autonomy.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy development: Collaborate with the executive team to align operational strategies with company goals.
- Operations planning: Translate strategic goals into actionable plans, including performance metrics and operational policies.
- Process improvement: Identify and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Performance management: Set KPIs, provide feedback, and drive performance improvement initiatives.
- Compliance and risk management: Assess and mitigate compliance risks across brands and ensure adherence to regulations.
- Leadership and HR: Provide guidance and support to the management team, including recruitment and training.
- Culture management: Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive organizational culture.
- Administration: Oversee various administrative duties, including expense management and employee onboarding.
Requirements:
- Operations management experience within a similar field(eg marketing, digital etc), showcasing your ability to optimize processes.
- Expertise in operations planning, process improvement, and compliance.
- Strong leadership and HR skills, working effectively with management teams.
- Track record in performance management, monitoring and improving business performance.
- Passion for driving company culture.
- Proficiency in administration duties, such as expense management and employee onboarding.
- Project management experience with shifting timelines.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
