The Role:

In this role, you will support the internal marketing team, and help to propel this market leading agency forward.

  • Taking ownership of the brand and ensure brand consistency across all collateral and advertising materials.
  • Social Media – Planning the content calendar, creating content for approval, setting up, posting, and managing comments / audience communications. 
  • Creating website content, e.g blogs or posts.
  • Marketing Administration – updating website and other materials when awards are won. Preparing copy and case studies as and when approved.
  • Creating monthly marketing reports and identifying actionable insights.
  • Supporting internal teams with the design and formatting of marketing materials.
  • Awards – Assisting with writing submissions and keeping note of deadlines.
  • PR – Assisting with content and media plans. Reviewing these materials when required and reporting on their effectiveness.
  • Managing the creation, design, and proofing of new business proposals and related documentation
  • Reporting – Review paid, organic and 3rd partnership activity and how it aligns with marketing KPIs.- Google Analytics, PR, Organic Social Media.
  • Events – Assisting with preparation, planning, idea sessions as and when required.


In order to be considered for the following role you should have the following skills and experience:

  • A Degree, or equivalent, in a Marketing or Business-related subject and 1-2+ years’ experience in a similar role, in an agency would be a bonus.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management and presentation design skills.
  • Experience of helping to roll out a marketing plan/strategy including traditional & digital elements.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels, techniques & tools including (but not limited to) Google Ads, Paid Social, SEO & Google Analytics.
  • Management/understanding of CMS.
  • A good eye for design is a bonus with experience using design software such as Canva or Photoshop.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload and effectively manage multiple ongoing projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills, with attention to detail.
