Nine Twenty Technology is delighted to be working with an amazing and established Software business, who are looking for a talented Tester to join their growing team in Dunfermline.
In this newly created position our client is looking for a highly motivated tester with experience of testing mobile applications.
Tester’s Responsibilities:
- Goal oriented, responsible, proactive and independent
- Excellent problem solving & numerical skills
- Educated to Bachelor’s Degree level or higher
- Teamwork and communication skills an advantage
- An ability to perform well under pressure
- Translating business requirements into robust technical solutions
Tester’s Requirements:
- Experience of manual testing using test scripts
- Experience of MacOS / Linux Terminal
- Experience of SQL – both in terms of pulling data from database table and also being comfortable running updates/deletes etc….
- Knowledge of JIRA
- Knowledge of Confluence
- Knowledge of Bitbucket
- A strong and demonstratable background in QA/Testing
- Experience of Bugzilla, Testopia, TestLink or SVN
- Mobile application testing skills
- Having a background in web site / GUI testing would be advantageous
