Nine Twenty are supporting our prestigious Manufacturing client client for a Lead Warehouse Operator to join their Supply Chain team on a full time and permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing daily schedules with line manager & process leader and coordinate labour plans
- Conduct end of shift reviews - ensure paperwork in place and correctly documented
- Inventory management & HMRC reporting
- Ensure Health & Safety incidents or near misses are reported
- Assist in absence management and management of stock checks
- Support & supervise the forklift team to ensure loading & unloading containers is complete in a safe manager ensuring all breakages and damages are accurately recorded
- Ensure Forklifts are fit for service and pre checks are completed daily
- Operation of SAP database & transactions
- Maximising warehouse space
- Develop internal & external relationships
- Ensure compliance with Customs & Excise Regulations
- Ensure vehicles are fit for loading
- Support in Supply Chain Optimisation projects
Skills required:
- Supervision experience
- Experience in Warehouse/Shipping environment
- Experience of excise compliance
- Able to multitask & be assertive
- Great attention to detail
- Great problem solving skills
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- SAP or ERP system experience
- FLT Licence - essential
