They are now hiring a Lead UX/UI Designer to be a part of an incredible team in order to help build a world-class online experience. The Role;

You will be solving user problems and creating a first-class online experience across their e-commerce platform. You will work with a high level of autonomy, with the opportunity to take the site to the next level.

As a Lead UX/UI Designer, you will play an integral part in ensuring their customers get the best online experience possible. It’s a unique opportunity to make key decisions on choosing the right decisions that will support the team.

Responsibilities;

  • Interpreting user research, and the creation of personas and user journeys.
  • Supporting in the facilitation of user testing.
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and designs for websites, apps, and digital products.
  • Creating UI design that adds value creatively, with a deep understanding of the brand.
  • Designing with usability, accessibility, and design systems front-of-mind.
  • Working with developers on the team to enable the right technical solution.
  • Working with other designers, copywriting, and production teams when needed.

Requirements;

  • 3+ years’ experience in a digital UX/UI web design role, either inhouse, agency, or as a contractor at mid-level.
  • Experience working with eCommerce and consumer-facing high footfall websites.
  • Deep understanding of UX processes, UI patterns and working knowledge of ideation and creation of UI design deliverables.
  • Working knowledge of responsive design, strong typographic skills including layout, form and hierarchy, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.
  • Excellent communication, proactive, and willing to work independently as well as in a team. 
  • You will have a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
