Due to a significant increase in client wins, the need for a Project Lead has arisen within the thriving full-service agency with offices across Scotland.

This role is ideal if you love working in a busy environment, planning and overseeing the delivery of campaigns across various industries. You should be able to work effectively across both on and offline activity. You will have top-notch organization skills and be able to prioritize work within the studio.

As a senior member of the team, you’ll be expected to develop strong relationships with your clients and have the people skills and strategic planning ability to become a trusted advisor to them. You’ll be working with an experienced and dedicated team with the full support of senior staff across the business to help you achieve your objectives.

The role will be initially remote, but the plan is to be back in the office later this year as restrictions lift. Thereon the plan will be to adopt a blended approach to work with a balance between working from home and being in the office to get the best of both worlds!

 

The Person

The position requires someone with project management in a marketing environment, with a sound understanding of the full mix, and who can thrive in a fast-moving atmosphere.

The successful applicant will have strong organizational skills and should be comfortable juggling competing priorities and retaining a cool head under pressure. Ideally, you will have strong agency experience or otherwise be able to demonstrate relevant and transferrable commercial skills. 

The Job

The Marketing Project Lead is responsible for planning and overseeing the production and execution of marketing campaigns that meet client objectives.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be involved in the following:

  • Plan strategic marketing campaigns for clients
  • Work with creative, digital marketing, development, and PR teams to deliver campaigns
  • Develop close working relationships with clients
  • Proactively identify opportunities to add value to clients
  • Support the business’s new business pipeline
  • Help support and develop junior members of the team
