Nine Twenty are pleased to be working with our long term client, a large IT services provider who have a Global presence. This organisation are looking to add a Lead Problem Manager to their team on the outskirts of Glasgow.  The Problem Management function in this organisation is responsible for the identification of errors causing incidents within clients IT estates and the coordination of activities to determine root cause and deploy corrective actions to eliminate the errors.

You will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of problem records and build close partnership with service desk and resolver teams to drive process improvements forwards. 

Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of ITIL Process
  • Ideally experience with Service Now or similar 
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. Team work essential! 
  • Ideally broad IT knowledge 

Ideally you will have: 

  • ITIL certification or working towards 
  • Educated to a Degree level (Ideally IT/Business focused) 
  • Driver’s license- Due to location of office in Glasgow
