Key Account Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain

We’re supporting a growing logistics and technology business that partners with leading manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers across the UK and Europe. They combine transport services (road, air, sea, parcels) with their own in-house technology to deliver smarter, greener supply chains.
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be the face of the business for a portfolio of major accounts. Your focus will be on building strong partnerships, negotiating value, and delivering results across cost, quality, sustainability, and risk.
What you’ll do:

Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts

Deliver innovative, tailored logistics solutions

Negotiate and manage contracts and SLAs

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence

Stay ahead of market trends and use insights to add value
