Nine Twenty Technology is delighted to be working with an amazing and established Software business, who are looking for a talented Junior Software Tester to join their growing team in Dunfermline.
In this newly created position our client is looking for a highly motivated tester who is looking to up skill in to automation and the test mobile applications.
Tasks:
- Write and carry out testing activities to ensure that quality of the software.
- Diagnose issues and communicate bugs to the development team as they occur
- Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality
- Write and maintain all forms of technical documentation.
Desirable Technical / Non Soft-Skills:
- Working knowledge of SQL and Unix
- Knowledge of JIRA
- Knowledge of Confluence
- Knowledge of Bitbucket
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks
- A demonstratable background in QA or IT
