Nine Twenty Technology has a new requirement for a 'Junior QA Engineer ' to join our Global Technology client in Glasgow. As a 'Junior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality standards and integrity of the organisation's fantastic software Suite. You will have Solid working knowledge of software testing concepts, best practices, standards, and procedures within the Quality Assurance field.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Designs automation workflows and scripts for maximum product coverage;
- Contribute to usability, integration, documentation, or functional testing
- Support and/or install software applications /operating systems, as well as manage multiple testing environments
- Execute verification and validation procedures based on a designated plan;
- Record and verify defects using defect tracking tool with the ability to prioritize the severity
Experience Required:
- Experience with a test case management system, defect reporting system, version control system
- Experience administering and installing software on multiple environments
- Data feeding experience
- Experience building test environments
- Strong Manual testing experience
- Knowledge of automation testing and keen to learn
- Continuous integration experience
- Basic coding ability - Java, Python or C# OR good understanding
- Experience OR knowledge with GIT + Jenkins
