Nine Twenty are delighted to be working with our IT Consultancy client based in Coatbridge, with helping them build their workforce.

We require an experienced IT support specialist who is able to take on 1st and 2nd Line support queries with confidence, someone who is up to date with product changes, has great ideas, a passion for technology and be able to add value not only to the team but to the customers also.

Successful candidates will have experience in Sharepoint full cycle, 365 roll outs and Outsourcing IT experience and the following;

  • Answering calls from customers
  • Identifying Issues and choosing best course of action to resolve these
  • Helping clients on site when unable to access them remotely
  • Ensuring that a high level of customer support is given to all users and stakeholders
  • Detailing call logs and recording details accurately
  • Configuring and troubleshooting Windows 7 - Windows 10 Professional
  • Configuring and troubleshooting Windows Server 2012 R2 onward
  • Active Directory Management
  • Office 365 Management
  • RMM Systems Management
  • Network, and Router Management

Experience in the following would also be desirable but is not essential;

  • 3CX PBX software
  • SIP
  • Internet Connectivity Support
  • G Suite
  • Mac OS X
  • Mobile Device Management
