Nine Twenty Technology are delighted to work in partnership with a major drinks manufacturer to recruit an IT Support Analyst on a permanent basis.
The Role:
The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for applications support both from an operational/process perspective (including end-user training) and from a technical point of view i.e. systems admin, software upgrades, etc. Along with this also comes accountability for resolving incidents and requests within our service delivery framework related to specific applications. The role also includes an element of project / business improvement participation and responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Applications support for SAP and DRAMs via multiple methods, including but not limited to, MS Teams, e-mail, Service-now, etc.
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd line management of assigned incidents and service requests to associated SAP and DRAMs SLA’s
- Collate, track, manage and deliver applications training requests submitted by end users
- Provide support to group IT, DI IT team members on an ad-hoc basis
- Provide support to IT management on an ad-hoc basis
- Conduct investigation and analysis as required to achieve optimal outcomes to incidents, requests, improvements and projects
Requirements:
- Preferred:
- DRAMs experience, ideally within an IT setting.
- Knowledge and experience of using Service Delivery solutions, i.e. Service-now (SNOW)
- Previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment would be preferred
- Previous experience in E2E IT Applications projects
- Candidate must have previously worked with 3rd party software providers
- Desired:
- Previous experience in leading IT applications projects
- Previous experience of working within manufacturing
- Ability to read, understand and interpret ABAP programming language
