This exciting new role is for an established Silcon Valley start-up company who are a market leading student safety provider. They help schools stay compliant with safety legislation, empowering designated safeguarding leads to keep students safe online, at home and at school.
Implemented into 15,000+ schools, they have monitored more than 5 billion online activities, revolutionized school safety for more than 10 million children and saved the lives of more than 1200+ children.
The Role:
Successful candidates will be working remotely, however someone who reside in the area is preferable, you will report to the International Director of Sales and develop a geographic territory, cultivate new relationships, educate prospects, and ultimately drive new sales to exceed revenue targets in the UK. This role will not require heavy travel.
Responsibilities:

You will conduct webinars, in-person presentations and perform calls and emails necessary to develop a strong relationship with the prospects.

Demonstrate an effective approach to developing your territory, keeping a business plan up-to-date, and building on a proper sales strategy.

Cultivate deep relationships that result in a deep knowledge of your territory, market trends, competitor activity, and budgetary constraints

Ongoing learning of our product /services.

Manage product evaluations, and coordinate with sales engineers to provide a high level of success through our standard POCs
Requirements:
-
Experience selling EdTech, computer/network security, networking solutions, content/web filtering, or similar products/solutions to schools or MATs Multi-academy trusts preferred

Reside in the sales territory is preferred

3+ years of success in an inside sales experience (new business focus)

2+ years of sales closing experience with EdTech or SaaS
-
5+ years of sales experience
