Our Client:

I am currently working with an established family run business who have been retrofitting insulation and heating to domestic households for the last 10 years.  Due to fantastic growth in recent years they are now looking to maximise productivity and efficiency to further improve this position.

Working as an Inbound sales / planner for an innovative online home improvements company, you will be instrumental in assisting in the day to day supplier operations of the business. You will be contacting customers who have already made initial contact online or via email, qualifying their details and booking surveyors out for appointments.

Main Duties:

  • Calling customer to qualify details
  • Making appointments for surveys
  • Ensure all customer details are catalogued and saved on system properly
  • Following company compliance
  • General administration duties
  • Ensuring a professional manner always

Essential requirements:

  • Excellent telephone experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Applications
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
  • Previous inbound sales / planning experience in a similar role

Benefits:

  • Excellent starting salary £19,000 rising to £21,000 (on completion of probation)
