Nine Twenty Technology are delighted to be partnering with a global technology company in the recruitment of an IFS Service & Maintenance Consultant. 

You will be joining an established team, working on a global project, with greenfield work.

Due to continued success and significant business wins, they require an experienced IFS Service & Maintenance Consultant to help support the implementations of the IFS ERP/SRP solutions.

The role is a key part of the implementation and involves working with a diverse, and growing, client base.

Responsibilities:

  • In direct consultation with clients, the role involves being part of an implementation team working alongside other Consultants, or being the sole consultant liaising with a client, to use their knowledge and experience to proactively prepare, configure and deliver the ideal solutions, to fit the client's operation.
  • The consultant shall deliver end-to-end input through this process, from requirement gathering, specification, prototyping, establishing the full solution, implementation (working in conjunction with our experienced functional and technical consultants), and end-user training.

Essential Skills:

  • The consultant must have a proven track record with the IFS Service & Maintenance Module in IFS (ideally IFS Apps 10 but earlier versions will be considered) and be able to demonstrate their knowledge of this subject.
  • An academic background with a Bachelor or Master degree in e.g. Engineering , Business, or IT
  • A profound interest in how systems can support business processes with in-depth knowledge of the business processes in Service and Maintenance.
  • Experience in working with ERP as a consultant, at an end customer or other software supplier, with some 3+ years’ experience.
  • Commercial focus
  • Strong problem solving, analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.
