Our client have continued to operate throughout Covid and have shown great leadership to their teams who have been working hard whilst new practices are being implemented to ensure their safety. They are busier than ever and are now looking to focus on their new normal by bringing in a strong HSE professional to sit on their site leadership team and be instrumental in creating a safe new normal for the site. They want someone who is resilient and able to challenge the norm with the delicate approach that will be required in a unionised environment.
This is a rare opportunity to transform HSE culture but it will not be easy.
Are you up for the challenge? If so, then the required skills/qualifications/experience are as follows:
- Degree in engineering/scientific would be advantage
- Experience in manufacturing environment is essential
- Drinks/FMCG experience highly advantageous
- Your ability to demonstrate transforming HSE culture
- Being able to work on your own
- The ability to mentor/coach/develop apprentice
