Nine Twenty Technology are delighted to be working with our Manufacturing client to assist in the recruitment of a Part Time HR Advisor. 

This is a small but but rapidly growing business based in Glasgow. They have created role to support their growth and is likely to move into full time hours as they develop the HR function.

The company is an Innovative business who are very people focussed so this is a great opportunity to be involved in the shaping of the HR function.

Ideally you will come from a manufacturing or logistics environment but more importantly, a strong communicator who has the ability to get things done.

To be successful, you will need to have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • CIPD qualified or working towards is desirable
  • High level knowledge of HR practices with a sound knowledge in employment law
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Able to establish good working relationships with people
  • Able to motivate others to reach company goals
  • Demonstrate good decision-making skills
  • Evidence of being customer focussed
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills
  • Good analysis skills
  • Commercial focus
  • Experience of working as part of a team within a high growth business (particularly growth from 35 to 100 people) is preferred
