A brand-new Head of Marketing role has been created with a market-leading SaaS organisation that specialises in global dating sites due to continuous growth within a booming sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Manager looking to take the next step, or an already experienced Head of Marketing who wants to own the entire marketing function for the business' own global brand, a range of clients brands and work with partners to grow their online business.

The company is already well established with over 70 staff across multiple offices and a presence in 30 countries, predominantly the US. There is already a talented marketing team in place, but this role will take the lead. The company is currently experiencing large growth, which means you will be joining at a crucial time as the team is scaling up, something you would be able to steer. This is a new position in the company, so you can really make this role your own!

 

The Role & Responsibilities:

  • Own the overall B2B marketing strategy for the business and marketing strategies for a range of global online brands
  • Develop the annual advertising and communications strategy and plan
  • Define/redefine online brands shaping the tone and personality of each niche brand
  • Building and nurturing an in-house team of marketing managers and executives to deliver business growth
  • Overseeing all marketing communication outputs from the company and implementing initiatives that deliver return on investment
  • Develop relationships with key partners to offer strategic recommendations and development to grow partner brands
  • Ownership of the acquisition channels including Paid Search, SEO, Social Media & Influencer Marketing
  • Ownership of internal and external communications including email marketing to both partners and platform users

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in marketing at management level, preferably with an online brand. Open to both a B2C and B2C background
  • Detailed working knowledge of a wide range of online and offline marketing techniques including digital marketing, social media marketing and advertising, PPC & PR
  • Ability to always handle multiple brands and initiatives as well as being able to react quickly to new opportunities that arise in a growing market
  • A self-starting attitude and a strong work ethic with experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable working across departments
  • Strategic thinker with a thirst for continuous learning and a career in a dedicated industry

This role is a hybrid working model, with travel to the Ayrshire office occasionally necessary. Public transport is limited in the area and is therefore easier for those able to drive.
