Due to continued growth, we are looking to add a talented Head of Marketing to our team in Glasgow.
The role is to oversee all marketing activities within the group, developing strategies, managing budgets, setting goals, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across various marketing channels.
Skills / Knowledge:
- 10 + years’ experience in senior marketing role with 5+ years of people management
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns
- Solid knowledge of web analytics, PPC and SEO management
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce and Pardot preferable)
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
- Strong communication with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Analytical mindset
- BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant field
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee Marketing strategies across both businesses to drive leads and brand awareness.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Set, monitor and report on team goals including upskilling and training
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels (content, SEO, email marketing, social etc)
- Provide competitor analysis to the wider business (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
