Key Skills

- Basic Editing - you will have the ability to navigate software effectively
Advantageous:
- Digital publishing experience, utilizing InDesign functionality.
- Animation
- Email Design
Tech skills:
- Adobe creative suite (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro) is essential
- Highly creative and proactive approach to design – keeping abreast of the trends within the design industry
- Ability to Interpret briefs
- Interpret and implement brand creative across a range of different mediums
- Development and implementation of main brand look and feel
- Maintaining high visual standards
- Ability to work on a number of projects simultaneously
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to see a project through from start to finish
- Knowledge of the constraints and adaptations needed for utilizing content across a number of different platforms
- Knowledge/awareness of copyright laws and licensing
- Candidates are also required to have a portfolio demonstrating the best showcase of work.

You should be a Designer with industry experience who displays a strong sense of ownership and pride in your work. You must be comfortable discussing your ideas to both technical peers and non-technical users. If you have experience gained from working in Digital or Media Company you would be a more natural fit to this organization.
