Nine Twenty are delighted to be supporting an international client with their Graduate Regional Sales role, covering the whole of the UK & Ireland. This role is a great opportunity for you to be up skilled and trained to drive products into the market by cold calling, business development and arrange meetings face to face within the region. You will be building long term strong relations, selling, and tailoring to each customer needs and working as part wider team in East Kilbride and France.

Reporting to the Export Sales Director, you will have a crucial role to drive new business within the water, wastewater, and surface disinfection products in industrial markets throughout the Export sales territory.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Work with the team to be mentored and up skilled on products
  • Work with your line manager and agree proposed strategies and actions
  • Gain new clients through prospection in accordance with pricing and commercial company policies
  • Ensure that all prospecting activity is aligned with the strategies of your line manager and the company’s published 5-Year Plan
  • Support the development of an industrial market strategy for UV disinfection products and support the sales
  • Identify new opportunities for the existing product portfolio including UV, Ozone and AOP technologies
  • Develop, maintain, and preserve a robust sales portfolio in the industrial market
  • Provide recommendation for new product requirements including market analysis, view of the competitive landscape and quantified growth forecast
  • Willing to spend 50% of the time travelling throughout the global export territories

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years professional B2B sales experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Graduate in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or International Business Studies
  • Excellent relationship skills, strong communicator both written and verbal
  • Proven track record of developing new opportunities and closing profitable deals
  • Driven and responsive and dynamic character, who thrives on a challenge
  • Energetic and enthusiastic self-starter who hits the ground running
  • Able to operate autonomously but a good team player
  • Work confidentially and with respect when representing the company’s brand

Based Salary + Car + Uncapped Bonus structure
