The Role:

Our Marketing Department are currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive who is ready to join our busy recruitment delivery function in order to support our Marketing team. This opportunity will have you immediately working as part of our team on creative projects primarily on marketing and communications as well as marketing automation. Reporting to the Marketing Manager the successful candidate will be exceptionally creative, with great attention to detail (spelling, grammar and brand etiquette) and have a passion for delivering engaging creative social media content. As the Marketing Executive you will be responsible for planning, executing and driving candidate attraction activities and assist in running the daily operation of the marketing department. We are looking for a marketing executive who wants to develop skills and experience in marketing communications, and has the autonomy to manage your own workload, working in a great dynamic team.

The Responsibilities:

  • Run creative marketing campaigns to capitalise on key recruitment periods and maximise our applications.

  • Plan and schedule all social media content using Hootsuite.

  • Prepare company blogs.

  • Work with the Head of Marketing to incorporate marketing needs into overall company planning and strategy.

  • Monitor competitor activity and brainstorm potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products or services.

  • Assist with the work on Search Engine Optimization of the website.

  • Report on digital marketing campaigns as well as analysing and tracking website traffic flow.

  • Marketing administration and reporting.

  • Assist with the development of our marketing CRM system, making changes, and assisting the recruitment team.

  • Work to agreed KPI's.

  • Competitive drive and determination to succeed against your KPI's and performance targets.

About you:

  • Marketing qualification at degree level with Marketing experience

  • Experience in managing and delivering campaigns from concept to execution.

  • Strong analytical, communication and creativity skills.

  • Experience in managing multiple social accounts.

  • Experience in writing compelling content.

  • Great attention to detail, and good time management and organisational skills.

  • Able to work to deadlines and under pressure.

  • Excellent communication skills and a positive can-do attitude.

  • Enthusiastic and passionate about your sector and job role.

  • An ambitious, hard working self-starter who can work independently and will always seek opportunities to enhance their role and workload.

  • Able to build strong working relationships.
