Nine Twenty Technology are delighted to be representing their client based in Renfrewshire in the search for a First Line Support Graduate candidate for their technology service client.

The successful candidate will have a broad knowledge within IT technologies, including the Microsoft platform and applications, with proven experience of working with Active Directory. A sound understanding of infrastructure technology including servers, databases and networks are fundamental for this role.

Responsibilities/Accountability:

  • 1st line support, for Desktop (troubleshoot, diagnosis and incidents).
  • Customer focused.
  • Industry certified.
  • Call resolutions, technical support.
  • Internal and external support queries.
  • Create and maintain client accounts via Active Directory.

Skills/Experience

  • Proven track record of delivering within a service desk environment.
  • Understanding of ITIL and process.
  • Service Management methodology knowledge.
  • Interest in Incident and Problem Management.

Qualification/Certification requirements

  • Experience with Active Directory.
  • Technical qualifications.
  • 2 years customer service work experience.
