Nine Twenty Engineering & Manufacturing are delighted to be working with our Biomedical client based in Livingston who are recruiting for a GMP Operator to join their Formulation & Fermentation Teams.
Both these area involve producing their bulk liquid solutions which are filled into syringes.
You will be working within a GMP environment with strict procedures and processes that would come with full training.
As a GMP Operator, you will be performing clean in place (CIP) and (SIP) steam in place which involve working with chemicals and high pressure steam.
The formulation, fermentation & filling areas are very interesting and unique in processes and not something you would find many other companies doing.
We are looking for proactive individuals looking to learn, do well and gain industry experience.
These roles are Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm - hourly rate paid on a weekly basis. Flexitime and overtime on offer.
Responsibilities:
- Working within a GMP Grade B cleanroom environment
- Set up, changeover and run aseptic filling machines
- Monitor critical process parameters
- Carrying our checks and visual inspection
- Completion of batch paperwork in accordance with GDP (Good documentation practice)
- Interpret QC results
